CANCELLATIONS 

Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that plans change, so we kindly ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice should you need to change or cancel your appointment, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Confirmation of an appointment is an acknowledgment of this policy.

RESERVATIONS AND CREDIT CARD DETAILS

To avoid disappointment, we recommend advance reservations to secure your preferred date and time. You will receive a confirmation (via SMS) 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure you can confirm or cancel your appointments with ease. Credit card details are required at the time of reservation or we will send a link to securely put in your credit card details and by doing this it will secure your treatment selection.

GIFT CARDS

Indian Summer gift vouchers are treated like cash. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or refunded. Vouchers are needed in-store to be redeemed. Payment is required if voucher is not present and will be refunded once voucher has been brought into Indian Summer Beauty Spa.  Gift Card will be valid for use for three years from the date of issue (or as otherwise extended by us) after such time it will be invalid. You should use all of the Remaining Gift Card Value before the expiry date, after the expiry date unused value will become the property of Indian Summer Beauty spa

GIFT CARD BALANCE, EXPIRY DATE AND TRANSACTION HISTORY

You will not be sent statements of transactions on a Gift Card. You can check your Gift Card balance and expiry date at any time in-store at the reception desk, or by calling 03 9499 8180 or emailing ivanhoe@indiansummer.com.au. For balance enquiries we will require the numerical or written voucher number.
