Due to the COVID-19 outbreak we endeavour to send out orders on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. 

 

Standard Post 3-5 business days depending on your location within Australia.

If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact us so that we can assist you.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Indian summer beauty spa does not ship on Victorian and Australian Public Holidays as we are closed.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

Unfortunately, parcels can be lost, or mis delivered from time to time, please notify us within 3 weeks of your order date if you have not yet received your parcel. We will do our best to follow this up and act accordingly to our policy. We are not responsible for parcels after this date.

 

If your order is damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team.
