Indian summer beauty spa does not offer returns.

Indian summer beauty spa is not responsible for individual reactions or irritations a product may cause.

EXCHANGES

Indian summer beauty spa will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

You must provide a receipt within 14 days of purchase to be able to receive a replacement product or salon credit.

Please choose carefully when purchasing from our online store as change of mind returns will not be accepted.

We do not provide refunds on retail products or gift vouchers.

FAULTY ITEMS

If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please email orders@indiansummer.com.au within 2 days of receiving your parcel with your invoice number and telephone number so we can contact you to arrange exchange.
